Which Airport Express can I use?

I need to pick up an AX to use only for Airplay over a wired Ethernet connection. I'm going to get a used one, but I've read of some problems with older models not being supported correctly. For what I want to do, using these current version of OS, which models will work? A1084? A1264? I'm sure there A1392 will but it's more money and I don't need the better WiFi performance. Thanks!
